TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. In these Terms and Conditions, the following expressions shall have the meanings given to them below:
“LEGOLAND” shall mean Legoland Windsor Park Limited (Company Number 2721728).
“LEGOLAND Offer” shall mean an offer made by Fiat exclusively to LEGOLAND Annual Pass Holders.
“LEGOLAND Annual Pass Holder” shall mean a person who holds one of the following passes: Standard Merlin Annual Pass, Merlin Premium Annual Pass, LEGOLAND full Annual Pass, LEGOLAND basic Annual Pass or LEGOLAND Lifetime Pass.
“Vehicle” means the Fiat brand vehicles to which LEGOLAND Offer is applicable.
“Fiat” shall mean Fiat Chrysler Automobiles UK Ltd (Company Number 201514).

2. Fiat may, from time to time, make available LEGOLAND Offers.

3. LEGOLAND Offers are subject to these Terms and Conditions and to the terms and conditions of the individual offer.

4. LEGOLAND Offers are available to all LEGOLAND Annual Pass Holders and to their immediate family.

5. LEGOLAND Annual Pass Holders shall be entitled in any calendar year to the benefit of a maximum of two LEGOLAND Offers to be used by themselves or by their immediate family in connection with the purchase of Vehicles.

6. All Vehicles must be purchased by the LEGOLAND Annual Pass Holders or their immediate family from a Fiat franchised retailer.

7. To claim the benefit of a LEGOLAND Offer, proof of being a LEGOLAND Annual Pass Holder in the form of a LEGOLAND Annual Pass Holder membership number must be presented to the Fiat franchised retailer prior to purchase of a Vehicle. Proof of relationship to LEGOLAND Annual Pass holder must be presented to the Fiat franchised retailer accompanied by a photographic proof of identity.

8. Vehicles purchased by a LEGOLAND Annual Pass Holder or their immediate family must be retained for a minimum of six months.

9. LEGOLAND Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, including retail or other affinity scheme incentive.

10. Fiat reserves the right to audit vehicles purchased using LEGOLAND Annual Pass Holders and in case of breach of these Terms and Conditions to withdraw the benefit of LEGOLAND Annual Pass Holder.

11. Fiat reserves the right to change or withdraw any LEGOLAND Offer at any time without notice. Any such change or withdrawal of a LEGOLAND Offer shall not affect any vehicle ordered at a franchised Fiat retailer prior to such change or withdrawal.
