TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) have extended access to all employees working within the NHS in relation to the purchase of certain FCA Brand Vehicles.

2. The FCA Affinity Program incorporates the Affinity Scheme & alternative Privilege Purchase Scheme, which provide Offers for eligible customers for the purchase of new cars from the Alfa Romeo, Jeep, Fiat, Abarth Brands and Fiat Professional commercial vehicles.

3. FCA Affinity Program offers are subject to Terms and Conditions and to the terms and conditions of the individual Affinity Scheme & Privilege Purchase Scheme Offers.

4. All FCA Brand Vehicles must be purchased by the NHS Worker from a Retailer authorised by FCA to sell FCA Brand Vehicles.

5. To claim the benefit of an Affinity Program Offer, employees from the NHS are required to register their details at fiatregister.co.uk/c/nhs prior to placing a new car order.

6. Following registration, NHS Workers will receive an email confirming entitlement to the FCA Affinity Program, with details of the current Offers and a purchase guide.

7. FCA Affinity Program savings cannot be claimed retrospectively; therefore existing orders will not be entitled to the FCA Affinity Program offers.

8. FCA Brand Vehicles purchased using an FCA Affinity Program Offer must be retained for a minimum of six months.

9. FCA Affinity Program Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, including retail or other affinity scheme incentive.

10. FCA reserves the right to audit FCA Brand Vehicles purchased using an FCA Affinity Program Offer and in case of breach of these Terms and Conditions to withdraw the benefit of entitlement to the FCA Affinity Program.

11. FCA reserves the right to withdraw access to the FCA Affinity Program, and to change or withdraw any of its Offers at any time without notice. Any such change or withdrawal of an FCA Affinity Program Offer shall not affect orders placed at a Retailer authorised by FCA prior to such change or withdrawal.
